This project explores the creation of bio-based textile through hands-on experimentation with biomaterials. Mentored by Spiraro, a designer specialising in sustainble material innovation, I learnd techniques for cultivating and manipulating organic matter to flexible sheet samples. Through iterative testing, I experimented with natural dyes, embedded substrates and found materials to develop texture, colour variation and structural integrity.
